“ Oh my goodness!! Their sushi rolls are amazing! I ordered the TNT and Yum Yum Rolls! We had an appetizer too - Crab Rangoon. This was a Togo order, and the host was very friendly! He gave some great suggestions and had such a wonderful personality! This was our first time visiting, but it definitely won’t be our last! ”
“ First time here from Walterboro and Aleigha was awesome. Very attentive and ensure we were fully taken care of and kept us informed how things work. Will be coming back for sure. ”
“ My wife & I love coming here. Usually our date night food spot , or sometimes we like lunch because they have a special. The food is always amazing & staff is always staying busy. Tall white guy ( I’m assuming is the owner or manager ) always greets us with big smiles & makes us feel at home. WE LOVE KING SUSHI ”
“ I will say I walked into this place with very mediocre expectations, about where you would peg an all you can eat sushi place. We were promptly seated, even as a party of 7. What is nice about this restaurant is that 4 of the people in our party had been snacking and were not super hungry so they were able to order a la carte items (at a VERY fair price as well!) The server was fairly slow to get our drink order and first round of food orders, I would say they were not that busy but there was another large party there of probably 10 people that my server was also handling. I ordered a few seaweed salads which were flavorful, chilled and crisp exactly as they should be. House salad with ginger dressing was great, exactly like you’d get at your typical hibachi restaurant. Edamame portions were smaller than average but I’m okay with that since you can always order more. My kids devoured the chicken katsu and asked for more. Crab rangoons did have visible pieces of crab meat in them which is a first for me and huge bonus! Pork dumplings were crispy and flavorful. I ordered two of the sushi appetizers, the seared tuna and jalapeno yellowfin. I would say the jalapeno yellowfin was better, but not mindblowingly flavorful. The star of the show was definitely the sushi, as it should be. I ordered the dynamite, Richmond and some sort of avocado roll and none of them disappointed. Huge, generous portions and large pieces of fish. Tons of avocado. Overall, everything I ordered was very very good, well above my expectations. The service was slow, but I’m okay with that because when I eat I like to enjoy the company and treat it as an experience instead of a quick meal. This place will be added to our rotation of restaurants that we visit regularly and I’m thrilled to have found it. ”
“ If you're in the mood for all-you-can-eat sushi, King's Sushi is a great choice! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is fantastic as well. From the moment we placed our order, our food arrived very quickly, and our server was always attentive and helpful. Our group really liked the chocolate ice cream, but we can confirm what some other reviewers noted that the cheesecake is not great, even though it does look pretty good. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy some tasty sushi with friends and family. ”
“ I rolled in here one evening as a single diner after work. My first time here! I wasn’t greeted but saw they were very VERY busy but happily seated myself. I looked over the menu and was greeted in a timely manner. The manager waited on me while only 2 waiters managed the ENTIRE place filled with tables. I was impressed with How well everyone was managing their tables and guests. I was served my food surprisingly quick and was checked in on several times. Their dinner prices are a bit expensive, but worth the price for the beautiful hand rolled sushi that was prepared. Looking forward to my next visit. Bravo kings Sushi! Thank you for a delish dinner. ”
“ I'm not huge into sushi, so take this with a grain of salt, but my wife loves it, so we come here sometimes. There are some rolls that aren't overly-fishy that I can get into, and plenty of other non-sushi options on the menu. The Richmond roll is a favorite of mine, and honestly the crazy monkey roll was better than it sounds as an almost dessert type thing? Hibachi steak, noodles, and gyoza are all good. As I understand it, this (and its sister location in West Ashley) is the ONLY place in greater Charleston to get all-you-can-eat sushi, and providing that service alone is worth something. ”
“ Definitely go for the all you can eat sushi which was less than 20/person. The other food items were subpar. Both waitresses were very attentive friendly. Our favorite roll was the *Queen Roll* (10/10 recommend). ”
